Broadmoor
  • Fiction Book Club: This club meets monthly and reads select fiction titles. Club meetings are both in the evening and the morning to suit your schedule. (Calendar; for more information, call 318-869-0120)
  • LGBT+ Book Club: This club meets monthly to discuss titles related to the LGBT community. All are welcome to attend and join the club. (Calendarfor more information, call 318-869-0120)
  • Homegrown Authors Book Club: Meets every other month on the second Saturday of the month from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and focuses on the works of local and regional authors. At each club meeting, the author of the selected book is invited to come and participate in the book discussion with the participants in order for them to gain a deeper connection with the literature. At the end of the meeting, copies of the selected book are available for purchase and will be signed by the author. (Calendarfor more information, call 318-869-0120)
  • Science Fiction & Fantasy Book & Movie Club: This club will meet to discuss sci-fi and fantasy books and watch related movies. The first meeting of the club is Tuesday, September 19 at 6 p.m. (Calendarfor more information, call 318-869-0120)
  • Homeschool Book Club: This book club for homeschoolers will meet Tuesdays starting in September 2017. Each Tuesday of the month is dedicated to a different age group — first Tuesday (1st-2nd graders), second Tuesday (3rd-5th graders), third Tuesday (6th-8th graders), and fourth Tuesday (9th-12th graders).  (Calendarfor more information, call 318-869-0120)

  • Red River Readers Book Club: This club meets monthly and reads titles selected by the club members. All are welcome to join the club. (Calendar; for more information, call 318-868-3890)

Hamilton/South Caddo
  • Hamilton/South Caddo Book Club: This adult book club meets monthly at our Hamilton/South Caddo Branch. Join in the discussion on the third Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. (Calendar; for more information, call 318-687-6824) 
  • Story Explorers Book Club: This newly formed book club is for grades 3rd-5th. We will focus on age-appropriate books and learn about what techniques writers use to make a book interesting. Hollywood/Union Ave.
  • The Power of Reading Book Club: This adult book club meets every month to discuss books. Join in the discussion on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. (Calendar; for more information, call 318-636-5520)

  • Forever Young Adult Book Club: This club for adults reads YA selections based on the national book club, Forever Young Adult. The club meets monthly and enjoys mocktails with their book selections. (Calendar; for more information, call 318-226-5897)

Mooretown
  • Sistah Circle Book Club: This book club for adults meets every fourth Saturday of the month at 3 p.m. The club generally reads African American fiction, as well as general fiction and nonfiction. (Calendar; for more information, call 318-636-5524)
