    Join us for an interactive story-time with lots of singing, moving, and crafting! All supplies/materials will be provided. Ages: 3-5. Registration, masks, and social distancing are required. Space is limited. Thank you!
  3. Baby Bounce: A Lapsit Story Time

    Story time designed especially for babies and their caregivers featuring songs, rhymes, bounces, and stories. Recommended for newborns to approximately 18 months. Older siblings are welcome to join and are encouraged to bring their own “baby” stuffed animal. Registration, masks, and social distancing required; space is limited.

    Join us for Adult Movie Day at the Atkins Branch for a showing of "Imitation of Life." Registration, masks, and social distancing; Space is limited.
  3. Drop in Activity: Brown Bag Journals

    Kids will be given a journal where they will be invited to join in on an introduction to journaling with a few fun writing activities to get their imaginations flowing.

  2. Saturday Story Time: Monsters

    Families will have a "monstrous" good time as we hear fun monster stories and make a cute craft. Registration, masks, and social distancing required; space is limited.
  3. Make and Take: Popsicle Stick Frankenstein

    Kids will make a Popsicle Stick Frankenstein using one piece of cardboard, 6 jumbo popsicle sticks, green paint and black paint, wiggle eyes and a sharpie. Registration, masks for 5 and up and social distancing required. To register, please come by the branch or call 674-8172.

    An ominous game has arisen among the haunted tombstones of Morningside Cemetery. A challenge to the living from the realms of the dead. Succeed and escape the cold, hungry grasp of the restless departed. Fail…and join them forever! Are you brave enough to pay your respects? If so, proceed to the Broadmoor Information Desk to request a club/ball and play a few haunted holes of mini-golf. ***Registration, masks, and social distancing required.

    Come and pick up a Adult brain teaser or puzzle every Monday at Wallette branch library.
