Story Time Stars! The Socks Take Over!
Preschool Storytime is a 1 hour program for ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Join us in the fun this week as we fight off a sock invasion with stories, songs, puppets, fingerplays, a sock craft and much more! -
Art Escape: Let's Create a Nativity!
Adults are invited to paint a Nativity. Come have fun creating! In this Mixed Media, we will use a Nativity silhouette made from the Cricut and basic art supplies. Space is limited. Registration is required. To register call (318) 674-8172.

Coding Quest: Mission2Mars
Kids are invited to join us as we learn about the Mars rovers and practice coding with a game! Mission2Mars is a nationwide engagement program catalyzing community partnerships across the country around NASA's space exploration agenda, connecting the public with its Moon-to-Mars missions and learning resources. This program is sponsored by Sci-Port and the Franklin Institute.

Clint Davis: Local Author Book Talk and Signing
Join us as we welcome local counselor and author, Clint Davis, to Broadmoor. Clint will be talking about his new book, Building Better Bridges. In Building Better Bridges, Clint uses clinical examples, research, and personal stories to make nuanced information accessible and available to anyone. Building Better Bridges Addresses: When do I talk to my child about sexual things? How does generational trauma affect our ability to parent? When do I give my child a smart device? What are the risks to my child online? What do I say if my child experiences something inappropriate or abusive? What are the house rules that can keep everyone safe? How do I build confidence in my child about their body and their sexual development? Clint Davis is an Army Veteran who has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. Clint is the owner and founder of Clint Davis Counseling & Integrative Wellness.
