    We are excited to offer a number of STEAM Camps this summer at our library branches. Children and teens can learn about art during these programs. All of the STEAM Camps are FREE and open to library patrons. These camps are being presented by STEAM4Kidz, LA Rocks, Walter B. Jacobs Memorial Nature Park, Sci-Port, and the Department of Chemistry and Physics at LSU-Shreveport. Please note that registrations for these programs are limited and you are required to sign up for the program. Most of the camps will meet for the entire week (Monday through Friday), afternoons (2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Camps are available for children ages 6-10. Each camp has an age range, so make sure you are registering your child for the age-appropriate camp. Please note that the library requires a parent or responsible person accompany children under the age of 10 when they are visiting the library.
