Teen Earth Day Celebration: DIY Sustainable Tote and 'Compost' Cupcakes

Teens will decorate tote bags that families can use instead of plastic bags! Teens will also engage in a discussion about ecology and conservation. Afterwards teens will make 'Compost' Cupcakes using a mixture of ingredients.
