Shreve Memorial Library’s Means Branch, located in Ida, is excited to welcome patrons back to the newly renovated branch. The Means Branch closed in August for renovations and is scheduled to reopen to the public tomorrow, October 24 at 12:00 p.m.
The Means Branch closed on August 15, 2023 for needed renovations and repairs. New flooring, drywall and a fresh coat of paint were installed throughout the branch. In addition, the branch was expanded to include additional space for Youth Services.
Beginning Tuesday, October 24, the Means Branch will resume normal business hours and will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. The Means Branch is located at 7016 E. Magnolia Lane in Ida, Louisiana. The branch offers browsing and checkouts, computer access, reference help, Readers’ Advisory, printing and faxing services, curbside pickup, and programs.
