Being an informed citizen means making sure that you vote! This fall, we are making it easy for you to register to vote at your library, either at a branch during our Voter Registration Drives or online using our Voter Resources web page.
One of Shreve Memorial Library's five key service priorities is to help our patrons to be informed citizens. This means that our patrons will have the information they need to support and promote democracy, to fulfill their civic responsibilities at the local, state and national levels, and to fully participate in community decision-making.
One way to do so is to exercise your right to vote. Several branches will hold voter registration drives during the months of August and September. If you are not currently registered to vote, please be sure you stop by on one of the dates below and get registered.
We also have a website available for you with complete information on registering to vote online. Click on Voter Resources below to visit.
