Registration is open for the Fall 2018 session of Girls Who Code, a club for girls to educate and inspire them to pursue opportunities in computing fields. This session of Girls Who Code will be held on Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Main Branch, 424 Texas St. This session will start on Friday, September 28 and go until January 2019. Sign up is required for this program.

This program is capped at 15 students and is first come, first served. The program only accepts girls in grades 6-12. If the program cap is met, you will still be able to register. Library staff will contact you to confirm your registration status. Class begins on Friday, September 28.
No previous coding experience is necessary for this program. Instructors for this session of Girls Who Code will be Page Lafitte at our Main Branch. We are excited to be able to offer Girls Who Code Club again this year. This program is a great opportunity for girls to get hands-on training in programming and technology!
