Design and build with Strawbees at the library!

Inventions with Strawbees

Kids (age 10-17) are invited to come join us for fun after-school science and engineering programs as we build inventions with Strawbees. Using these special straws and connectors, we will be making our own 2D and 3D objects to solve real-world problems.

These programs will focus on STEAM skills (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) and are free and open to all children at the library. The Inventions with Strawbees programs will be held at our Wallette Branch, Blanchard Branch, Hollywood/Union Ave. Branch, and David Raines Branch. You can find the dates and times below. We hope you are able to join us for these fun creative events!
