Did you know that we have a handy way for you to ask us questions on the go? Use our Ask-A-Librarian service to chat or text with a librarian in real time if you have a question you need answered.
With Ask-A-Librarian, you can interact with a librarian using your phone or computer and choose how to communicate with us. You can send us a live chat message, text message, or an email, and someone from our Information Services desk will respond to you.
You can do this through our Ask-A-Librarian site.
Or, you can try Text-A-Librarian. Simply text asksml to 66746, wait for a quick confirmation, then text your question. Save 66746 in your phone as a contact for future use.
The Ask-A-Librarian/Text-A-Librarian service is available during the hours our Main Branch is open. You can contact us Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
