SML partners with LSU-Shreveport for MLA Showcase Lectures

MLA Showcase Lectures at HSC

This October, we are excited to partner with LSU-Shreveport for a series of free lectures at our Broadmoor Branch! The MLA Showcase Lectures will feature LSU-Shreveport faculty members and students presenting their expertise and research in presentations followed by questions. All of these lectures will be free and open to the public.

This lecture series will highlight the Master of Arts in Liberal Arts degree program at LSU-Shreveport. Each lecture in the series will cover a different interesting topic by a faculty member or student in that program.

Check out the schedule below, and come and join us for a fascinating evening on interesting topics at your library. Thank you to the faculty members at LSU-Shreveport for presenting these programs at our libraries.
