Don't know your card number and PIN? Library staff can help you look up this information during the COVID-19 outbreak, so that you are able to use the library's online services. Also, please remember that all Caddo Parish School students already have a library card. Submit the student's name and student ID to get this information. Library staff will respond to these requests via email as they are able. You can use this form for Virtual Student Cards or regular library cards. If you have filled out this form and haven't received your information within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or call 318-226-4784 to receive your information over the phone.
