LifeShare Blood Drive

LifeShare Blood Center will be hosting a blood drive at the Broadmoor Branch from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Friday, June 16th.

After Hours - Laser Tag

Join us after hours at Broadmoor Library for a brief return to a simpler time with giant hair, music videos, and laser guns! Laser tag teams of five will compete in rounds of Capture the Flag using 80s style bunkers, shields, and hidden power-ups! We’ll have popcorn and movies between rounds while you perfect your strategies…Sign-up is required. This program is intended for adults 18 years and up. Senior BINGO

Do you love playing bingo? Looking for a way to connect with other seniors in the community? You are invited to join us for a special bingo day, just for seniors! For large groups, please call ahead to make sure there will be space to accommodate your whole group.

50+ Digital Skills

Participants aged 50 and up will learn skills that will help them with their computers and cellphones for daily living. Registration required.

Summer Feeding Program

Through a partnership with the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana summer feeding program, children and teens ages 18 and younger may join us for a nutritious meal. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

Haiku Workshop

“Adults are invited to a Haiku: Craft, Community and Common Ground, a Haiku Workshop with June Dowis. June Dowis has published over 100 Haiku in 25 publi- cations. She is the South Region Coordinator of the Haiku Society of America. Each participant will receive their own poetry journal.
