Homework Louisiana provides free online tutoring, whether you are in kindergarten or college. Get help with math, science, writing, and more. Live tutors are available Sunday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to midnight and can help students of all ages. There is also help available for adults through the Adult Education and Career Center on Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to midnight. This resource is available on the State Library Databases page

Learning Express

Available through the State Library Databases page, Learning Express is a comprehensive interactive learning platform of tests, courses, and career preparation for students and adults. It contains study resources for important exams like the ACT®, SAT®, AP® Tests, and more. There is also information about studying for a high school equivalency exam and career prep resources.

It has video courses in a variety of topics, including software, technology, art, communication, graphic design, music, and more. There are also Learning Paths, where you can take a series of classes to learn how to become a web designer, project manager, IT security specialist, and many more.

Pronunciator is a fun and free way to learn any of 120 languages through personalized courses. You can learn online, either on your desktop computer or mobile device. This resource is available through the State Library Databases page. You can also download the app to a smartphone or tablet, but you will need to set up an account to log in.

Digital Learn

DigitalLearn.org is a free resource available from the Public Library Association. It contains basic lessons in using computers, email, social media, and more. These short classes can show you to protect yourself online, purchase a plane ticket, use Skype and more.
