The Genealogy Department welcomes our newest staff member Josh Calk. Josh started working for the Genealogy Department at Shreve Memorial Library in August.
Josh earned Bachelor’s degrees in history and in political science from LSU-Shreveport. He worked for years as a land man, so he is a real expert in researching property conveyances and probate records. Josh will be working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday late, and all day on Saturdays. Help us welcome him to the department.
