Deborah Yarbrough is a native of Belcher, and manages the daily operations of the Belcher United State Post Office. She is also the owner of The Wild Petunia, a special events venue. Yarbrough is a graduate of Louisiana State University at Shreveport with a B. S. Degree in General Studies.
Yarbrough is appointed by the Caddo Parish Commission, and will serve through December 31, 2027.
